At 9.00 a.m. the PCC9 starts with a welcome given by Mr. Carlo Saletta, the responsible for the Sustainable Development of Mantova Town Hall.  

Dr. Heinrich Lienkamp, Infraserv Hoechst, after warm thanks to Mantova Town Hall and TEA spa, declares the PCC9 opened.

Mr. Ashok Rastogy reads the Meeting Agenda and invites the speakers to present their papers.

A buffet concludes the morning works 

The afternoon is dedicated to the visit of the ENI - AGIP refueling station in Valdaro area and the base station located in SAPIO plant area
